Learner Resources

The Culpeper Literacy Council (CLC) offers basic literacy, math and English language instruction for adults in classes, small groups and one-on-one tutoring. Special classes for citizenship and other topics are held periodically. Independent study with Rosetta Stone is available and learners may use our Computer Lab for web access.
