All classes at Culpeper Literacy Council are free of charge. To enroll in either the English as a Secondary Language (ESL) program or the Adult Basic Education (ABE) program, a one-time registration fee of $35.00 is required by cash or money order (payable to Culpeper Literacy Council). Sorry, no checks will be accepted.  Once registered and assessed through our standardized placement test, adult learners will have the opportunity to enroll in CLC classes or will be paired with a tutor for individual instruction.
